The role of Townlet is just connecting people to each other and townlet is not an auctioneer. We provide information for buyers and sellers and it is their decision to make a deal or not.Townlet is not the owner of the goods and services and has no control of existence, quality, and the information buyers and sellers provide.
Townlet users must not:
- Post in in the wrong category
- Breach any laws and regulation
- Use our services if under age 18
- If not legally able to bind a contract
- Fail to pay for items purchased by you without an acceptable reason
- Fail to deliver items sold by you without an acceptable reason
- Post false information
- Infringe the copyright
- Reading the full item description
- You are legally binding to a contract, so you have to follow your reached deal
- Sellers are fully responsible for the offered items
- Your listing may not be available immediately in search (may take up to 24 hours)
- If your listed items violate our listing policy, it might be modified, correct or rejected
- Users are responsible to report any issue on the listing through our report system
- Townlet may contact you through email, phone or text messages.
- User’s contact information available on Townlet and it is publicly available. As a user you are responsible to use this information only for the purpose provided to you.
- We can use your personal information with law enforcement to ensure and investigate any criminal and violation activity
- We can access your photos and gallery; therefore, you can take a picture of your item and use the photo to sell your item
- With your permission we may access your location to provide a better experience on our website
